Roof Replacement
GAF Timberline HDZ shingles with StrikeZone nailing area for Class 4 impact resistance rated to UL 2218. We install the full GAF Roof System. That qualifies your Ontario home for the Golden Pledge warranty: 25-year workmanship plus 50-year material.

New Roof Installation
New construction roof installation following IRC Section R905 and local Ontario building code amendments. We calculate ventilation per IRC R806 (1:150 ratio reduced to 1:300 when 50% is within 3ft of ridge. Synthetic underlayment per ASTM D226, ice barrier per ASTM D1970 at eaves in freeze-thaw climate zones. Manufacturer-certified installation locks in the full system warranty.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam metal roofing with Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 PVDF finish. The coating that keeps color for 40+ years without fading or chalking. We install Sheffield Metals and McElroy Metal panels in 24-gauge Galvalume steel with concealed Z-clips. UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance. UL 790 Class A fire rating. Wind uplift tested to ASTM E1592. The only roof you'll ever need in Ontario.
Shingle Roofing
We install asphalt shingles from every major manufacturer. GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Atlas, Tamko, Malarkey, IKO. Each has different warranty tiers and price points. We walk you through the comparison without pushing one brand.
Flat Roofing
Modified bitumen is our go-to for residential flat roofs in Ontario. Two-ply torch-applied system with a granulated cap sheet. It handles foot traffic, thermal cycling, and Wisconsin UV better than single-ply at the residential scale.
Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in Wisconsin. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
We install 5" and 6" seamless aluminum gutters in Ontario. Standard homes get 5", high-volume areas and steeper pitches get 6". Downspouts every 30-40 ft of gutter run with splash blocks or underground drains.
